We meticulously control each step in the making of our shirts, in a complex and demanding process that starts with the control of fabrics before they are cut, continues through the modelling and cutting phases of the various pieces that make up a shirt, ending with finishes full of small manual details.
Our independent production lines allow us to produce casual, classic and even the most sartorial shirts always with the same quality and attention in the details.

After receiving the order, an internal technical sheet is planned and all the fabrics and necessary accessories are ordered.
All fabrics which enter our warehouse are properly controlled. Depending on the final finish of the shirts, all fabrics are shrink tested. We also do other tests eg strength and colour fastness when needed.

Modulation is one of the most important parts in the design of the shirt, because it determines the perfect fit of the shirt. We have specialised people with extensive experience in this area. The patterns are made by hand and only after extensive testing are they digitised in our Lectra CAD system. We are in permanent evolution and training, combining high technology with traditional knowledge.
The boldness and willingness to innovate in experiments with dyeing and washing allowed us to acquire the status of specialists in this field.
We make reactive garment dye as well as pigment dye and any type of washing, from stone wash to washing with enzymatic treatment.
